30 Day Return Policy


Our team is guilty of mainly selling gear that we want and that we use so we know first hand that our products are great quality but we also realise that sometimes products can have gremlins and other times a product is ordered which isn't the exact right product. If you're not 100% happy with your product then just give us a call and we'lll be happy to help out however possible. 

We back up all of our products with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. 

Even big brands like Apple occasionally have faulty products and its something that can unfortunately not be avoided. If you find yourself with a product that's not working as it should then please call us and we'll try to troubleshoot the issue over the phone to fix it (please have your Action Gear order number at hand). If this doesn't work then we'll send our couriers (at our cost) to collect the item from you and once we receive it please allow two weeks for us to find a solution. This can be prolonged if we need to send it to the supplier but we'll be in constant contact with you to keep you updated. If this product can be fixed then we'll get it working perfectly and send it back to you via courier but if the product cannot be fixed then we will send you a new product as a replacement provided the warranty is approved by the SA importer. 

In the case that you order something which you discover to be a mistake then we're happy to take it back from you but will kindly ask for you to cover the courier cost of the collection (for cities this is R79 but may be higher for outlying areas). In order for us to do this we need it to be unopened and in a perfectly resell-able condition. If you have opened and used the product then contact us and we'll speak to our suppliers to see if they can repackage it and what the cost might be. 

What if you somehow break the item which you've purchased? Contact us and we'll see if we can fix if for you.
