Over the past decade Karen has travelled to over 30 countries and have stood on the tallest mountains. She mostly travels alone and is notorious for getting emotional when peaking a mountain. She also founded "Soap Kidz" which is an organisation that assists children by bringing them closer to nature and is an activist for all things litter-free and natural.
Karen chats to us about some of her funny stories and why she feels so emotionally attached to the mountains as well as its people.
