Nicolette Griffioen shares her views on the Spring Break Trail Run 20km Route

Local Trail star and current SA Ultra Trail Champ, Nicolette Griffioen joined Nicky Booyens on a wintery Saturday morning to recce the Spring Break Trail Run 20km route. Nicolette, a K-way and Inov-8 athlete has taken the year 2015 as her own. After winning the 2015 SA Ultra Trail Champs, representing SA overseas and making the cover of Trail Magazine she still had the time to join Action Gear and Adventure Life on the trails to give us her view and pointers to make the route that much better!
