I wish I had seen this video before I bought my Phantom from Cape Towns largest drone supplier. My ‘retail partner’ has zero local support, despite assuring me before purchase that they do. Now they have to ship my drone to China for warranty repair. They don’t even keep basic spare parts like a new body shell.

Action Gear on the other hand, have a proper service centre with technicians who have been to China for training. A classic case of buyer beware, and I’m the fool who got caught.

My next drone is definately coming from Action Gear, because I don’t need to be worrying about it breaking all the time i’m flying it
